We have readily provided the culinary setting for brands and catered for many international visitors at IAA, BAUMA, CEBIT, DRUPA, IFA, ILA, INNOTRANS, ITB and many other trade fairs, shows and expositions. And have done this at the venue itself as well as at locations utilised during the event, for instance the high-spirited after-show party or a relaxed get-together. Wienerberger presented itself at the BAU 2019, the world’s leading trade fair for architecture in Munich, in its capacity as a system provider of solutions for brickwork factories and ceramic roofing systems.
LPS conceived the Trade Fair Catering to fittingly suit the company’s Austrian roots. As a result, the guests at the trade fair – architects and planners – were served a lovely selection of Austrian classics, for example “Wiener Schnitzel”, a breaded and fried escalope of veal, accompanied by potato salad spiced with pickled cucumber. A highlight at the trade fair: Wienerberger celebrated its 200th Jubilee.
There was the original “Sachertorte” from the famous Sacher manufactory in Vienna. The catering at the trade fair proved to be an allround success and was equally attested to by Johaina Kappen from Wienerberger, who expressed this in personal feedback: “Once again I would like to sincerely thank you for the professional and truly excellent service. Everyone was absolutely delighted by the fantastic service and all of the food served. You’re the best!”
For the second time, we had the pleasure of catering a particularly tasty exhibition stand for the TIEFENBACHER GROUP at the Frankfurt Trade Fair. For three days, our exhibition kitchen was in full swing: from small, fine snacks to warm delicacies for lunch.
At CPhI worldwide, the world's most important trade fair in the pharmaceutical industry, we served fresh salads, hot dishes and sweet temptations - all served on the fly by our courteous service staff. The 400 or so guests a day enjoyed, among other things: Confit Salmon with Pea Variation, Thai Curry Chicken with Sugar Snap Peas and Coconut and Pulled Pork Burger with Onion Jam and Corn Mustard.
Just the right thing to go into the next talks invigorated and with fresh energy.
The food creations for the guests, customers and employees of the TIEFENBACHER GROUP were all prepared on site, mobile, central and fresh. "The entire kitchen and service team, led by Juliane Behle and Maximilian Schramm, put on a flawless performance and provided delicious stand catering. We are very satisfied with the performance and look forward to further projects that we can implement for the TIEFENBACHER GROUP," says LPS Managing Director Rüdiger Bähr, summing up the great efforts of his catering crew.
