Wienerberger presented itself in January 2019 at BAU, the world’s leading trade fair for architecture in Munich, in its capacity as a system provider of solutions for brickwork factories and ceramic roofing systems. LPS Event Catering conceived the trade fair catering concept to fittingly suit the company’s Austrian roots. As a result, the guests at the trade fair – architects and planners – were served a lovely selection of Austrian classics for lunch, for example “Wiener Schnitzel”, a breaded and fried escalope of veal, accompanied by potato salad spiced with pickled cucumber.

One of the highlights during the trade fair was Wienerberger celebrating its 200th Jubilee. In keeping with the occasion, the delicacies included the original “Sachertorte” from the famous manufactory in Vienna. A further highlight was the dinner guest-hosted by show chef Ralf Jakumeit. The catering at the trade fair proved to be an allround success, a fact equally attested to by Johaina Kappen from Wienerberger, who expressed her gratitude in the form of personal feedback:

“Once again I would like to sincerely thank you for the professional and truly excellent service. Everyone was absolutely delighted by the fantastic service and all of the food served. You’re the best!”
